SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY
At the Rosmond Group we always seek that our operations have the least possible environmental impact and we develop our operations closely with our different interest groups, which allows us to grow and develop our operations in harmony with the communities with which we interact.
What do we do?
Our social responsibility covers different issues, from working together with communities in the mountains in our mining operations, to the empowerment of women in the north of Peru with our agro-industrial operations.
Among other things, we contribute with:
– Vaccination campaigns for animals.
– Diverse works and special support for high Andean communities.
– Training on various topics of interest (health, hygiene, safety, technical education, etc.).
– We support the residents of the communities to become our contractors through financing or facilities for the purchase of machinery.
– We empower women, providing them with equal opportunities and training so that they can become independent and improve the future of their families.
– We are not polluting in our operations, since we do not use chemicals in our mining processes since we carry out the extraction of stone by mechanical methods and in our agricultural operation we are 100% organic.
– We take special care of all the wildlife and the ecosystem that has been generated on our farm because it used to be a desert and today we have many wild animals.”
